I apologize guys for the minimal blog posts. I have been busy touring different countries in Europe and barely getting time to sit down and blog. I will be creating a separate post about my adventures including all the cities I have visited.
I went to Stockholm to visit some family members and decided to go on the Viking Cruise for the weekend. It was an amazing experience being on the enormous Viking Grace for two days while trying different Swedish and Fin dishes. I left Stockholm on a Friday and headed for Finland. When I arrived in Finland, I had to hop off and spend the day there, however I over slept and by the time I got up, the boat was heading to Tallinn. I was disappointed because I missed out on exploring the city of Helsinki and indulging in Fin culture as I had planned.
I arrived in Tallinn three hours later and stopped over for an hour. This however was not enough time for me to go off shore to explore the little town. The boat then headed back to Helsinki to pick up the bunch that was dropped off earlier. I used this opportunity to explore parts of Helsinki as much as I could as it was only stopping for an hour. The locals where very friendly and warm. I was a rush to hop back on the boat so I wouldn’t miss it. I was not able to take as much pictures as I had anticipated but hey, I captured what I could.
The weather was blah with spring breezes and a bit of sun. Not the summer temperatures I was anticipating. This bohemian v-neck playsuit was the best option for the temperatures. It is very light and has vibrant patterns perfect for a summer cruise. I wore my classic espadrille sandals to compliment the look. I have been rocking espadrilles almost every other day on my trip because they are an easy and super chic wear. I recently purchased this ethnic clutch because it is edgy and adds a different twist to any look I wear with it. It has been my go to on my trip as it compliments almost every look I wear.
