This was my first day in France (never been before) so I had to take a moment to appreciate the fact that I was in the iconic city of Paris.
Nothing major happened on day 1. I wanted to see the Eiffel tower so badly that I did not get a chance to enjoy the attractions nearby my hotel and embrace the culture. Too bad, by the time, I headed to see the Eiffel tower, it was already dark outside. I wore this chambray dress because of the chilly spring like weather in Paris. The fabric has a thick texture to it that absorbs heat. These espadrille sandals are super comfortable and have a unique suede texture on the straps that qualify them for Parisian street style. why not! I noticed that this dress was a bit longer on me than I anticipated it would look. The struggles of being short blah! I wanted to tailor it to fit above my knees however, I did not want to ruin the design at the bottom. Nonetheless, it is a perfect steal for a breezy summer but would not be an ideal choice for a hot summer day. I accessorized the look with this clutch as it adds texture and unique tones to the look.
