For those who do not know, I work in the Human Resources (HR) world and always have to wear my HR hat. Dressing up in business professional outfits comes natural for HR professionals. On days when I have to conduct interviews or go to networking events, dressing up in business professional outfits is a given. My attitude changes when I’m suited up. I feel very confident and comfortable in my skin. There is a something about outfits that compliment your silhouette and boosting self-esteem. Not to go too psychological on you guys, it is such an esteem boost to dress your best and feel your best.
Black and white is not my kind of business professional despite this option being a corporate tradition that some still live up to. I hate that look. I stir away from it because it is boring and simply not my style. My kind of business professional outfit has color and dimension, prints and solids that express how I’m feeling. I got tones of compliments at the office this past week when I wore this look.
The white culottes alternative give the look a chic vibe and the plush pink coat alternative and sling backs alternative elevate it and give it color and precision. I added a half cardigan alternative that has pearl embellishment on the elbows. It adds a subtle delicate detail that stands out. The solid navy blue blouse alternative and the white culottes together give an effortless combination. Solids are usually my go-to’s when picking out office wear. They are timeless and such a game changer. I accessorized with a mini bag alternative to finish the look off.
