A quick hello, sending my greetings to you all. Some of you might not know that I have always been athletic from my high school days up to this point in my life. I used to run track in high school and was always involved in sports events and activities. I continue to indulge in my athletic side by staying physically fit, exercising up to five days a week.
Now although it is a challenge to workout five days a week consistently due to life commitments, I try to do at least 3 days minimum. I am extremely conscious about my physic that is, I try to eat food in minimal portions by paying close attention to what I intake. Being a “health nerd” as my friends would call me, has helped me become the confident woman I am today that distracts any lingering insecurities with thoughts of self care.
Now you might be wondering why I am rambling about fitness and health in my outfits section but they did inspire this look. It has a sporty vibe from the polo shirt to the sneakers. I like the pink and burgundy because together they bring a subtle pop of color to the look. The skater skirt reminds me of the days I admired tennis as a sport but had horrible attempts at it aha! As always it is a pleasure having you read my blog and I hope I inspired a few of you with my healthy life style.
