The current weather changes proved me otherwise. It still feels like spring occasionally in the DMV so mom jeans had to perhaps make their way out of the closet. They are a game changer; Why? Because they give an electric flare to the look in addition to the edge. I popped on this multicolored sweater (alternative here) for a cozy  and comfortable feel. Sweaters are tricky especially if you purchase them online. I once had a sweater that felt like a nightmare every time I wore it. It went from being itchy to unbearably uncomfortable whenever I wore it, so I knew that it had to go. A couple washes in the dryer did not add any layers of comfort. I second guessed purchasing this sweater because I was hell-bent on it giving me the same nightmare. I took the leap of faith and I now enjoy wearing it. Oh and did I mention, we all have a go-to sweater that we gravitate towards when it gets bone chilly. Right? As you all know, I am all about color and anything vibrant so I wore these burgundy Zara pumps (here is a budget friendly option under $50) for an elevated chic version of the look. It is a pleasure having you stop by. Stay chic.

Cheers xo!
